I'm a Style Editor at
Google Shopping.
How do people at your work dress? How do you
like to dress?
A lot of people around
campus dress in t-shirts and jeans, or basic blouses and dresses. On my team,
however, we all have our distinct personal styles and really like to have fun
with what we wear.
When you are rushed in the morning, what’s
your go-to outfit?
A maxi dress and
either flats or boots (cowboy boots or riding boots), and I would try to grab
either a large necklace or a large bracelet.
How long have you used StyleUp, and why do you
like it?
I've probably used
StyleUp for about a month now, and I like that it inspires me and helps get my
juices flowing for what to wear the next day. When I get the email with the
weather report, I'm like, oh yeah - time to start thinking about this!

I like Solange Knowles,
Ginnifer Goodwin, Julia Sarr-Jamois, Amanda Brooks and Shala Monroque.
What are your favorite local stores in San
Francisco?
There's a boutique in
my neighborhood called Mira Mira that I love. A couple of other
shops are Love & Luxe for jewelry and Aldea Home to decorate my imaginary
dream home.
What shoes are in your heavy rotation lately?
I just bought a pair
of J. Crew's gold glitter ballet flats, those are great. I also
recently bought a pair of gold polka-dot Toms that I'm loving.
What personal style blogs (other than FashionistaLab) do you like?
Black Girl Crush - which is my
newest side project. Fashion Bananas, Where Did U Get That, Vintage Virgin,
Raww, Song of Style, and Atlantic-Pacific. These bloggers aren't necessarily
ones that share my personal style, but I still love what they do and how
friggin’ well they do it.

clothing and/or accessories. What do you buy?
Marni and Stella McCartney heels on sale at the Outnet. I
would spend the remaining amount on a present for myself since my birthday is
